All ya gotta do is take the two wires going to the stock horn and run them to the terminals of the solenoid.. then when you honk instead of the stock horn sounding it will open the solenoid and the air horns will sound...

i know that...and really i need one wire to go back...the positive side..but i want to toggle it up front on the dash...so i want to cut the existing horn harness positve wire..use it as the power..then on the toggle..up is stock and down would be the solenoid...problem is that the harness has a negative wire on the horn its a yellow/red wire...i need the positive side one

hey, it works for the stock horn right? if you were to take the stock horn off and rig it to a positive switch, it would work too.

and for some reason, i didnt think of it when i was hooking mine up. :damnit

i got power from the positive side of horn..then went to middle toggle post..then came back to horn from the left side...then off to the solenoid from the right side post..it helps that the horn is on the left side of the truck..and there is a neat little hole in the firewall

no..u have to hit the wheel horn button...im not sure on how the trucks wiring works...but my way works..cut the positive horn wire..run to middle of toggle..and each side go to solenoid other side to stock horn where u cut it...very simple way..and u use the horn button so its a clean look
