Here are a few easy checks to help troubleshoot a DRT CTD with a 24v. This will help you to detirmine if the problem is a lack of fuel to the IP, and to an extent a faulty IP.
Try this;
On the side of the injector pump where the supply line fromm the filter canister goes in there is a black capped schreader valve. Remove the cap and press the valve core in, are you getting any fuel dribbling out? Next have someone just bump the starter, you should hear the lift pump start running. While the pump is running depress the valve core with a screwdriver or allen wrench. There should be a good stream of fuel coming out.
If you have a good stream of fuel, (I'm talking make a big mess real quick) move on to the next one, injector pump. Take a 19MM or 3/4 wrench and crack one of the injector lines going into the side of the head, you should get a Really strong spray from it when you turn the engine over. If you do you are getting fuel to the cylinder. BTW, keep hands, feet, eyes and any other appendages away from the cracked loose injector, they spray out at really high pressure and can hurt you.
Now for the most obvious clue, read the codes on the truck and see what you have, if there is a 1678(?) you have a bad injector pump
To check the codes without a reader do the following, (I think, CRS disease)
Turn the key on while holding the trip odometer down, your gauges should should all go from one side to the other, all lights should come on, after all this goes the codes should come up in the odometer section.
If none of that works PM me for a phone # and we might be able to talk out some other options.
