oh well good luck:Thumbup:
I take it the pulling engine you were building wasn't in the green truck yet?
He may or may not have PMR's as the official switch date was Oct. 16, 2000 for switching to PMR's. There were some trucks built before that date that had PMR's but those were most likely test engines. There were also some engines built after that date that had forged rods as they ran short on the PMR's and went back to forged for a short time. My engine was built Oct.9, 2000 and has the forged rods, I pulled the inspection plug on the driver side of the block just above and to the right of the oil filter and checked to make sure. Gene :mafia
my buil date is 10/01 so i think i have forged rods the pic will be here soon and 5 gear ill be over sometime next weekend due to college wich starts monday so ill be takne pics of it tomarrow and lot's of em so look tomarrow for some new pic's and yes the first hour i had it i pulled the muffler off and subsituted it for some straight 3.5 sound good. can u say Dp tuner LOL
and yes i sold the pulling engine to josh he's on here he will chime in also sold all my OBS stuff to him so i hope he enjoys the stuff LOL
