Who out there is making aftermarket fuel filter kits for the 6.4? Paying Motorcraft prices is getting old, especially to our customers.

Thanks in advance,

I just got a reply back from Fleet Filters and they told me they only stock the oil filter. Would have been a nice way to go but they are not showing the part numbers for the fuel filters yet.

i know that the oil filter is the same as a 6.0. not sure about the fuel filters not ready to change mine yet. service pro makes pretty good stuff they mainly speciallize in fleet products and its pretty good stuff from my experience with it.

I also, would like to find a good after market place to buy these filters.
Plus, I am still trying to find out if you have to use a "special bleed tool" to change them out.
John_G, Nick, or one of the other DIY'ers, please pipe up here if you would like to. It would be appreciated.

They Can Get Really Air Locked. Some Tips. Dont Run It Out Of Fuel!!!!! Change One Filter At A Time Seems To Help. There Is A Bleeder On The Fuel Cooler That Can Be A Help. In Extreme Cases We Have Had To Use The Laptop And Turn Pump On Full Time To Bleed.
Keep In Mind There Is A Low Fuel Strategy That De Rates Engine. Be Sure To Get Fuel.. Damage To High Press Pump May Occur

This is just what my dealer told me today. turn key on and off 4 or 5 times to cycle.
