ok does the holley pump come with an install kit and if not what do i need to install it and what tools do i need the lift pump is going out in my truck and i m gona relace it this weekend!
the holley is just the pump I would say get a big line kit to go with it and do it right the first time. Mine is a mess but I have a big line kit to fix that.
well just get yourself some barbed 3/8" hose fitting and some 3/8's fuel line, cut the hard line on your truck where your going to put the pump in for now and feed the 3/8's fuel line over the hard line so you have a good amount and double clamp the line on the hard line each side. Run a good hotwire to your holley and make sure it's keyed. This will work for now. when your ready later order a big line kit and change the fittings on the holley and it will wire it to your stock lift pump circuit. This is how mine is on for now. I have big line kit but not the time to put it on yet. If you need pics or anything let me know. But I would install this back where you can hook it up with the big line kit later so you dont' have to really adapt anything but from the pump forward.
ok do i have to have the fuel pressure regulator on the black pump i thought it came with one but doesent and i need this thing running tonight can i runt it or not?????
Yes you can run the holley black now. It says it is regulated to 14psi. You really need to get a fuel pressure gauge and check to see what it is reading. After the install.
