  1. 1994-2003 7.3L Power Stroke
    I am having an issue where when I first start my truck the idle surges on its own. I replaced the ICP already as it has oil in the connection, but still no change. It even surges while driving. Once it is warm the problem pretty much goes away. Any ideas as to what could still be causing it?

    pete 359 with cat 3406b at idle if you give it some gas and you let off the peddle all at one time it shuts off but if you let off slowly it will not. it runs out good and has good power under load.. kinda just lookin for some info on where to start?
