Found a Duramax I think I'm going to buy so I'm trying to sell my current truck. It's been a project, but would be a perfect tow vehicle/fixer upper. All the mechanical stuff is good to go minus injectors, which don't need to be replaced immediately, but probably should be soon. These 7.3's are starting to get hard to find, I bought it because they are proven to last but I want to get back into a Chevy.

2000 Ford F-250 XLT Superduty, 4x4, Crew Cab, Longbed 221k miles
Auto Trans/ Manual transfercase
2012 FX4 Bed/taillights - was a new takeoff, has less than 2000 miles on it
4" Lift, Pro-Comp dual shocks (think the whole kit is pro-comp but can't verify), 35" Kuhmo's on 16x10 Weld aluminum wheels, twin steering stabilizers
White/Tan interior, power front seats, PW, PDL, Cold A/C, trailer brake controller
CD Player w/USB charger and aux input, JBL Audio amp, 10" Sub in a "Truckbox" behind the back seat
UWS Diamond plate toolbox, factory bedliner
Open element air cleaner, exhaust has a muffler delete, NO tuner

rLots of new pats (Have all receipts for parts except transmission, most have lifetime warranties):
-New Moog driver's unit hub/bearing (Passenger has less than 5000 miles)
-New driver's rotor,
-New front pads,
-New rear u-joint/pinion seal,
-New starter
-New powersteering pump
-New transmission (less than 2000 miles)
-Oil changed 2000 miles ago with Rotella/motorcraft filter
-New fuel filter 2000 miles ago
-Tires have approx 80% tread
-New '03-04 style clear headlights (much brighter than the '99-02's!
-New tow mirrors

Known issues:
-This would be a great work truck as the body has some dents and the passenger cab corner got crunched by the previous owner. The damage was pulled out, but has not been finished/professionally painted.
-The door lock actuators are about dead, going to try some PB Blaster to see if they can be freed up, but they do not work great. This seems to be a typical issue.
-The injectors are near end of life. The truck has a hard time starting dead cold and will miss until warmed up, it runs perfectly otherwise, no smoke, no oil leaks. If you leave it plugged into the block warmer it will crank right up and run perfectly.

is that a 2011 bed that you have installed?
I was told it was off a 2012, but it could be a 2011. Got it from a local body shop/truck box dealer. They had it as a take off.
