05 F350 utility truck

I have a 2005 F350 Dually with a utility bed on it. 6.0 power stroke. Last year when I bought it I had ARP head studs installed, all the injectors replaced, a sinister EGR installed, and the turbo replaced with a used one with 25,000 miles on it. I also have an SCT tuner on it running SCT tunes. This increased mileage to about 16-17 MPG. Truck has 193,xxx miles. The interior isnt beautiful. There is a tear in the drivers seat. The truck is 2 wheel drive. I dont need the truck anymore. MY situation has changed. Anyway what is this truck worth? And is anyone looking for one here? I spent quite a bit getting the truck to run right when I had all that work done to it, so I am looking to get my money back out of the truck. Not looking to make a killing or anything on it. Also may be interested in trades...
