couple tips, if u cant get it sand blasted, scrap all the undercoating off first if theres any left, wire wheel it, then take paint thinner and wipe the frame off and that will take any under coatin residue off, the paint with stick alot better!!! oh and dont get it on ya.. it takes forever to come off!! LOL ask billwell, this thread got motivated to make the leap and do the same thing, i just added 1 gallon of chassis saver satin black to my cart and it should ship out tomorrow:rock

i don't think magnet paints (the manufacturer of chasis saver) has metal ready they say just clean the surface good and apply the paint:readSould really get the degreaser and metal ready as its highly sugest by por15!
The metal ready is what actually KILLS the rust.
