1990 7.3 IDI fuel efficiency mods?

Hello, I was wondering if anyone can direct me to a forum or information to learn about the mods that are possible to increase mileage performance? I understand a turbo may do it as well? Thanks

I think You can also try using Sodium Hypo Chlorite based products, they are particularly useful for solvent emulsion cleaner, easily dissolves soiled oil and grease deposit in automotive parts. it works for my machine.
