Been trying to iron out some kinks with this truck, just when I thought I had them all 333 code starts popping up. I do have servicemaxx and every time I check the icp pressures there within the threshold of what's desired.. granted I cant check while driving, which is when the problem comes in.. after a few minutes of steady throttle, especially on beltway I get the engine light.. What I notice is at idle in park truck sometimes has a shake which seems like miss.. if I hold the throttle at 2000 - 2500rpms when in park after about 10 seconds i start to get a shake like a miss, but the rpms doesnt drop. here's the list of things done to truck fixing other problems.

injector rebuild
oil/filter change
fuel filter
ohmed injector harness from injector side all the way back to pcm
checked clean power and grounds at pcm

The one thing that I've noticed is that when in servicemaxx there's 2 spots for B+, but only one shows voltage, does that mean i have a clean power problem to ecm?

A few things to check,with engine running at idle ,wiggle wiring at ipr valve,if engine dies or injectors cackle, inspect wire connector for damaged pins,bad crimp or break inside wiring,international dealer sells this wire pigtail. also can set code 333 from air trapped in system from injector replacement,usually clears out in about 20 mile road test. the wrong oil ,aerated oil ,stuck ipr valve ,leaking injector o rings or bad icp sensor can all cause code 333. i would start at ipr wiring Bob

deadheaded hpop to test, it gets 4600 psi while cranking, but immediately drops to 0psi as soon as cranking stops. ipr is new, and commanded close manually with 12vdc applied to pigtail.. what do you guys make of that?

problem is 333 code when under load or climbing long hills. Icp, injectors, and o-rings are new as well, starts right up whether sitting for 4 days, or hot.

charged oil rail through pop input, left icp in place(didn't have fitting to charge through icp port) plus I figured charging through hpop oil rail inlet, would eliminate the need to command ipr closed. I just used ball valve between shop air and oil rail to see if it would hold any pressure, all the pressure bleeds off in about 10 -15 seconds, and I don't hear any air bleed off.. no oil in diesel, or vice versa.

engine does idle a little rough, new cam sensor(aftermarket just for testing purposes)

Whats you guys opinion? was told that hpop should slowly drop pressure after deadhead, and not just fall off immediately
