2005 kenworth t800 8 bag ag 400 suspension

Just wondering if anybody else ever has this problem had this problem feels like the rear end is squirrely always chasing steering have the third gearbox in it steering gearbox new steering shaft kingpins almost everything new up front but now it feels like the rear end is squirrely it has the AG 400 8 bag suspension with the big Airlines

I am not an expert in those and understand they are difficult to get right but when they are right they are a great suspension.
I believe the problem you are having has to do with the swing arm bushings.

would that be what they call the torsion bar bushings?

Maybe. It is the big ones that locate the axle. Do them all.
