I recently hit the 200k mile mark with my 11 F350 DRW 4x4 6.7

I ran it stock until around 95k, then i added a Spartan tuner, DPF delete and Air box.

The only thing that has needed to be replaced is the Amp for the radio. Other than that, i had some shifting issues for a little time, but those have gone away.

Most of the trans shifting issues where during cold weather, it would stick between 2-3.

I have to say this has been the best vehicle i have owned. I was hauling travel trailers for a while so about 40% of these miles are towing. Now I just drive it around town and occasionally I carry my truck camper around.

Unloaded milage is around 16.5 city, and 18 why with the 50hp tune.

All in all i love the truck and its been great to me.

Thanks Eco Rich, I know of a few other guys with this mileage and more. 1 of them has had some problems with an early 11 build that has a radiator mount issue. He has eaten a couple rads and a wheel bearing. But overall hes happy with the milage and power.

Hey Hatya, I am thinking about the Spartan phalanx and a DPF delete as well. I am curious how the drivability is for you? Did you get the warhammer tune? My truck is my daily driver but also gets a 16k fifth wheel several times a year, and I wouldn't mind blowin the doors off the little rice rocket cars every now and then. :peelout I like the stock power but can't stand watching the mileage plummet when in regen, and I'm pretty sure if I drive it like Ms. Daisy I'd get a lot better mileage.

:usflag Thanks in advance. OFH

The drivability is great i have no issues what so ever from any of the spartan tunes I run. They have recently added the 200hp Warhammer to the standard tune package where as it used to be tune that you had to purchase separately.

I have not ran the War hammer yet, so I can't speak for that tune, but it is my understanding that you really need to get the EGT kit installed with this tune to monitor exhaust temps.

I run the smallest tune when I pull trailers because I do not have the EGT kit yet.

I hope that helps

2011 6.7L w/45K.
Still under extended warrantee but seriously contemplating doing the same.
Did you realize significant gains in HP and mileage???
What dpf delete kit and air box units did you install???

There is also an EGR delete kit available I think.

Significant power gains are noticeable. Most of the fuel milage gain was noticed due to the regen being eliminated. If you are doing this strictly for fuel milage I would say the cost isn't going to be worth it. I think i have 1900 into my dpf delete pipe, spartan tuner, and ARE air box. Mileage improvement is about 2 mpg hwy.

I would say based on 2MPG better overall, that it would take about 3500-4000 miles to break even. That sounds pretty good to me. What DPF delete pipe are you running? Did you do an EGR delete also? That one is kinda high on my priority list as I have already had to have the EGR cooler rebuilt (warranty)due to it being clogged. Thats the fix for now from Ford. Evidently several people are having issues with it depending on idle time and quality of fuel. One more question, where did you get your tuner etc from?

Thanks again,
OFH
