I have a ram 3500 4x4 Drw with a vibration at around 70mph
does not shake in the steering wheel thinking its something in the rear.
Tires where all roadforce balanced drive shaft replaced and was told a rear hub was loose.still vibrates.

A bad shock will do that, after a trip just feel them if they are warm then they are good if cold they are junk.
Jack up the wheels and spin them see if a trie is out of round, I take it you had the wheel hub tightened up? Look at the brake rotors and see if one is cracked or if drums, look for a weight missing. Even with the drive shaft balanced is it Phased corectly?
If everything looks good put it on a set of stands, and run it up gently. or if you can get someone to drive it and you look from the back or at each side.
Just a thought
