With the wife's truck, running the 210 tune with about 5000 miles on it we got 18.4 running 70 on the highway with the 3.73 rear end. That's hand calculated. Hope with the new tune on it that we can get a little better than that.....

I really think with trucks these heavy unless you're driving at 55 the 3.73 is actually going to get the same mileage as a 3.55 gear at 70+

All i know is that if I drive 50-55 with my 4.10s I can get 20+ and at 60-65 I get 15 and above that... it drops to 12 and even as low at 8. All of that is empty.

damn 3.73s get the good mileage!
Not too bad, but remember it's a 4x2. My dually is a different story. Running no faster than 63mph, 2000 rpm the best I've seen to date is 14.4 on the highway. Usually in the city around 13.2-4. Hoping it will get a little better with the new tune, and some more mileage......

I'm right there with you Mick.... I get the same mileage around town but I can get a little better on the hwy. I can see 16.2'ish doing the same speed and rpm you're doing. I'm guessing the difference between the two is you have a 4x4 and I have 4x2 and I'm running the 210. My biggest problem is I can't do 65 for very long because A I get passed by everyone under the sun and B it's just too damn slow :).

These 6.4's really like just at or just below 2000 rpm for Mileage it seems.
