I have a pump leaking fuel and need to replace the o ring under the washer. I would like to make sure the pump cam is at its lowest point on #4 pump since I dont have the compressor group. How can I determine if the pump cam is at its low point?

I would say if number 4 exhaust valve is opening or down you should be ok. Usually if one oring is leaking the rest aren't far behind.
