Hi I have a 93 3406C 3ZJ47036 AR 4P1020

Full load Static fuel 4.70mm Full torq Static fuel 4.95mm
Power 425hp AF rato -00.55mm
bar hi idle 2239 rpm Full load 2000 rpm Dynamic fuel timing 11*btc
we have fitted a OR6170 Turbo all the rest is standed.
I have just blowing the turbo and replace it with OR6170, I clean every thing up,I pressure test the intercooler its OK and the AFR holds pressure the fuel pressure is 40-41psi at idle and 38psi full rev,the boost 18-19psi and is this OK? The timing is 2/3 of a hole advance it runs cleaner now (no smoke) and it not holding on the hills like it did, I pull 42-46 tonne,How many turns no the fuel and torque screw would you go be for it makes no difference to the power and what would the boost be? I know i can't get much more out of it with out changing parts.
