Got a 95 7.3 4wd Is it possible to go to a 356 rearend gear with a 4wd whoops it's a f 350 dually flat bed Thanks

Thanks guys for your replies.........but I still question what if any effect will changing the rear gear have on a 4Wheel Drive front end.......I don't know if it would affect the front end like running two different size tires from front to rear.thanks

IF you change the Rear gears, you need to regear the front end as well, or you WILL break expensive things if you try to use your 4x4. Just make sure you get the 3.55's for the front and rear.

:whs I had a 2wd dually flatbed that we converted from 410 to 355, and it was worth it imo. Any gear shop should be able to do it front and back, it just seems like labor is the big cost on those deals.
