I have an 04 F250 with 12V and a 47re I installed a manual shift kit in the 47re. I have now hooked up the TV cable (had to get the whole throttle bracket) but none of the electricals are hooked up. It will drive but it doesn't stay in reverse and in drive 1 it takes at least 2000 rpm to get it to move drive 2 takes a bit less but it is taking off in 2nd, and drive 3 will move but at a crawl. I know I will not have OD and TC lock but I am only driving it down the drive and back about 1/4 mile or less. Do you guys think it is a TC problem or electrical but If I have a shift kit will I need the electricals except the OD and TC lock up? Or could it be something else all together? where should I start?

Thanks

Do you have controller for the 47RE, IE Standalone controller? I would call Aden at GOS and see what he thinks.
