I put mine in from a kit from Tymar. Can't remember how much it cost, but it was pretty reasonable. Mine uses a 5" free-flowing muffler. It took a little bit of fabrication, since my downpipe exits at 4" dia. Dale at Tymar went ahead and welded on a 4" to 5" adapter for me on the downpipe. It's pretty snug where it passes over the axle and past the spare, but it does fit.
i went to a Keller Truck Parts today to buy pieces to make my 5" dual exhaust, and that is the way to go. much cheaper then a kit, just as easy to install if you have a little mechanical skills and common sense.
exhaust over the axel but i also have a 4inch lift too so i have no bends over the axel. but reall easy just get u 2-45deg pipe and 2-90deg pipe and clamp them together real easy i have done this to a d-max cummins and a ford psd and works great
