i have a 01 w. 130,000 on it. several months ago when we would pull a heavy trailer a long distance say 1 hour it would be hard to put in 1st, 2nd, and reverse from a dead stop. if you were rolling a little, you could get in into gear. now it does it about all the time, not just when it is really hot. syncronizers, clutch, ?????????????? this is one of our work trucks that pulls a bobcat or a enclosed trailer 5 days a week.

Changed the trans fluid lately? Works for some guys.

May need to change the fluid in the clutch reservoir, or there might be air in the system. Low fluid?

Master/slave cylinder problem?

Problem with the pilot bearing (bushing) stuck on input shaft or throwout bearing?

Warped clutch disc?
