I have a 550 6ts with 58 injectors in a fl classic heavy haul truck. I had a low interlock 5ek 550 file flashed in it with 5232 injector codes and fls/fts codes, though I don't remember what they are. Truck is all stock minus a duralite cac, and Pittsburgh power mufflers 6 months ago. My pyro will get up to 900 normal driving while empty (50k) and 1100 while loaded 120-155k pounds. Going west on 80 in Iowa and Nebraska I can hardly stay in top gear because it gets so hot. I'm always having to downshift sometimes 3 gears, especially if I'm in elevation. Elevation makes it intolerable. I have access to cat et, and I'm willing to throw whatever parts you guys suggest at it, ie turbo, manifold or custom tune. Just want it right.

Need more info,.
What turbo are you running. ?
Is it wastegated ? If so is it hooked up and working ?
What is your max boost ?
Can you tell witch AR housing is on the turbo ?
What is the inches of water your pulling on the air filters.?
Sounds like it cant breath
