I have a 97 7.3 with a 6 speed manual trans. It dosent allways do it but usually when i push in the clutch coming to a stop it shakes/rattles pretty bad it has done it for a few years now but is doing it more often and getting worse. It has 200k miles on it and has a brand new trans./ flywheel/ clutch put it at 80,000 miles. I am hoping its not the fly wheel but can someone please give me a few ideas of what it would be. Thank you

So the flywheel, clutch, and transmission were new 120,000 miles ago. If it's a dual mass flywheel, you can bet that is your noise and shake source, probably due to a failed pilot bearing on the input shaft. If you drive them that way long enough it tears up the internals of the transmission too. Pull the starter/inspection plate, and reach in and try and rock the pressure plate on the flywheel. If it moves more than a 1/6" or so, you've got your answer.
