Thought it was cold start related at first.new glow plugs,no codes,power out to glow plugs.crank no smoke,icp is 2000.buzzed injectors all good,after cranking a couple times white smoke appears than starts.had a snap on modis hooked up and volt meter on GPR everything looks ok.when you hammer the throttle no response sometimes just idles,but the scan tool shows the tps voltage change and micro switch change from on to off idle.but if you accelerate normal it works fine.shut the truck off it might start right back up or no start no smoke.no codes present.it sometimes hiccups going down the road or just goes to idle but no codes thrown

Have you checked the plugs for the valve covers?

Cam sensor? I did have an '02 that the tps went bad and was showing change even though it was the problem.
