I need a little help.i have a 99 super duty 7.3 that one day last week cranked about 10 seconds longer than usual.most days spins over about 2 revolutions then starts.yesterday morning it did the same thing when I was leaving for work,I stopped on the way to work to get a coffee shut it off and when I came out it started normally, went to work ,truck sat 10 hrs .when leaving work would crank but not start, while cranking I could hear what is best described and a buzzing noise behind the dash.if cranking and buzzing the truck would not start as soon as buzzing stopped truck would fire.i shut off and restarted about three times all three times while buzzing present would not fire,as soon as buzz stopped fired right up.is there a ecm,or fuel pump relay behind the dash,if so how do I get to it ,remove radio?has this ever happened to anyone here before? Or am I chasing ghosts ,any help is appreciated thanks Bob

Update swapped out relays behind dash, still had same problem .thinking low voltage at relay causing it to buzz.i cleaned and tightened battery cables, and load tested batteries all tested good, still same problem .then load tested battery cables found excessive voltage drop on positive cable, found corrosion under heat shrink .replaced cable now starts as it should every time.
