Is it true you can install the injectors for a 99-03 7.3 into a 1997 7.3? How much is a set of them and is it worth it? I plan on doing a Wildman chip, Diamond eye exhaust and guages (already have the 6637 intake). Will they just plug right in? Thanks.

They will fit just fine.

You will use more high pressure oil, so make certain your HPOP is up to the task.

They are split shot injectors instead of single shots like the AA's that are most likely in your truck now and you will want to clarify that with your tuner to get the most out of them.

Instead of AD's, why not get a set of AC's since they are single shots and will net you more power. AC's go by many different terms such as "Stage 1's", "160cc" injectors, etc. so make certain you understand fully what you are getting.

I would suggest you contact the TDG vendors in their sub-forum and see what they can offer you.

you will lose mpg's going to a splitshot inj.
If it were me I would just have your AA injectors made into 160cc single's

How much does it cost to modify my stock injectors vs. getting all together different ones?

It depends on who you use to rebuild them. I have seen them as low as 700
