You can’t always trust the manuals. On the Grizzly it tells you to adjust the valves after 20 hours are put on the bike. I brought mine in and they said they were fine. I have been riding the bike for 3 years and every time I have brought it in they have been within specifications.

Best way to tell if the valves are out of adjustment is that you will hear then “ticking”. If you don’t hear a ticking sound or it doesn’t have problems cranking I honestly would not worry about bringing it in. Most dealerships will take a listen to it and crank it and if it is not ticking or having problems starting they won’t mess with it.

Kind of like that old saying “If it ain’t broke…don’t fix it”.

dont worry bout it until they are ticking and its easy enough to do it at home, buy a service manual and it will tell you how to do it with detailed instructions
