Not yet. I will. I was just hoping someone could share what works for them.

Are you looking for one for the Chum? If so, why not try a factory cooler?

Robert I will already be out for the cost of the lines. I was just curious what aftermarket units people may be running. The factory cooler is expensive.

Maybe pull one off a truck in your local wrecking yard and clean it up? Just trying to help brother.

I hear you. I appreciate the help. I will try the yards when I get home. I also have not verified that the Allison cooler fits in Chum. Being a Light-duty the bumper is shallow and does not mount as far out.

Dodge used 1/2 in hose for the under bed cooler. That will be replaced with 1/2 hydraulic tubing from a parts house that does hose for most types - hyd to A/C.

The cooler line should be 10# or so but hot trans fluid is a very solvent for the normal hose material.

Tha first part of a double flare makes a good bump in the wall of the tubing to prevent the hose from slipping off, or it can be connected with other ways. Flare, compression, weld.....
