U have a 96 international 4900 with a 466 in it. Halls an issue getting it started after it say for a few months, but finally got it going. Few days later in died on me while driving. Finally got it going again for about 3 miles then died again. Decided to change fuel filters took forever to get started again but did. Ran for another 3-4 miles then died on me again. Haven't been able to get it to run for more there a few minutes at most. Seems to have air in the fire lines. When I pump the primer pump I constantly get air bubbles now. Even just hooked a fuel line straight into a fuel can I get the bubble. The primer drops some while pumping, is that where the air is coming from? Totally frustrated
