After i rebuilt the my trans it has been working great 6 months now.. I have put it on the dyno and drag strip and has been doing great. I dont beat on this truck much only every now and then but i had to stomp on it the other day preditor was on 65 tune and it shifted fine and i passed cars just fine but after that it is leaking about 1\2 to 1 cup of trans out the front of the tranny :damnit .. I am thinking the front seal went bad. any ideas? I am taking the trans out this weekend and see if i can see the problem.

Yep it was not the cooler lines I dropped it this weekend and replaced the front seal and converter hub bushing. Thanks to an overnight from merchant (eric) put it all back and it is still leaking. It doesnt leak in park or neurtal or in drive just sitting their just when you start driving when line pressures are up ... What could it be. What about the body to bell housing seal ring. the one that goes arround the pump to the bell housing. or should i dig deaper. I know its not the cooler lines because the converter is covered in fluid. ...

We are pulling it again today. I am going to break down the pump and see if i can trace a bad seal or a gasket. Since it only leaks whe line pressures are up in drive i am thinking it may be the spacer gasket or stator seals.
