Gauges,Intake,Exhaust,Aftermarket lift pump,Edge Drag Comp, Injectors, Clutch?,Turbo,Water/meth. in that order. Of course you could get the Edge Juice with Attitude and that would take care of the gauges at the same time.
you're stock clutch won't last long at all with a drag comp and any injectors. 8500 dollars. Exhaust, intake, clutch, Juice with attitude, 150hp nozzles, 64/14 turbo or something similar and you should be good. Oh yeah, like he said, get a better lift pump.
the stock clutch will hold intake and exhaust if you dont try to dump it in 3rd, but as soon as i put my drag comp on my clutch let go on level 5 in 4th and 5th gear and silps doing a 4wd launch on level 5......i dont rag on my truck, do i?a south bend clutch good for 1100 ft-lbs/550hp is $1000 from http://hotroddiesels.com/index.htm, this comes with a bigger 13" flywheel. he probably doesnt have it on his website but i asked him about it today for my truck. give him a call.if you have any other questions he knows cummins really good and he will talk for ever.
I would go with either the Quadzilla with Commander Monitor or Edge Juice with Attitude. I like the Quad better myself and it is alot less expensive so you can keep your budget for other needs. You will need a clutch (Southbend), turbo, lift pump (I would go with a GDP setup), air intake (aFe Stage II), exhaust and some injectors. If thats all that you have...you really dont need a bigger turbo, the HX35 should hold that just fine...do you have any gauges on you truck??? What do you do with the truck??? Daily Driver, Hauler, Sled Puller, Drag??? Different Aftermarket Turbos serve different purposes...not all of them are streetable. Also how much money do you want to spend? The HX40 is popular, 64/14 is popular, so is the Aurora line from ATS...

So i have pyro / turboboost and tranytemp.
The truck is / schoud be my dally driver but i need more push when i hit the gas
it makes me ...... the time this truck need ( okay i drove a few weeks ago the brand new wone and i was , what a differenc.)
so i have to tow a trailer max load 4 to top speed are enought but he schoud be faster take of when i push at the gas. I Think +100 or 200 will be good for me
