I have a '97 F250, PSD, 4x4 long bed ext. cab. When I get to around 30-35 MPH I can hear a strange sound that resembles the siren on a fire truck. I'm pretty sure it's a bearing somewhere in the driveline/axles but I have no idea which one it is. Anyone else have this problem and know which part to fix? Also, the sound only changes with vehicle speed, not engine RPM so it's not an accessory on the engine.

Sounds like the center bearing on the rear driveshaft is on its way out. You will have to split the driveshaft apart to get the bearing out and install a new one.
