Conversion Tech Support

So here's the deal guys,

We get between 20-50 calls a day regarding Cummins conversions. About 20 of those we price out all of the parts for a customer to do the work themselves. About 5-10 of them we price out all of the parts and labor for us to do the conversion for the customer. About 5 are people just calling to see if a Cummins conversion is the route they should go with their trucks vs. just buying a Dodge truck or buying a new truck. The rest are people calling and wanting tech support on their trucks in which they are trying to do the conversion themselves. Our deal is that if you buy all of your conversion parts from us, we will be there from beginning to end on making sure your conversion gets done THE RIGHT WAY! We have done more of these conversions than most anybody else out there, and we are very competitive in our pricing. Especially if you buy a package deal from us, you will get discounted parts, hookups on shipping, and all the tech support to back it. If you however buy your parts elsewhere just to save a couple bucks and then realize that your parts supplier has absolutely no clue what they are doing when it comes to actually putting a Cummins in a Ford and making it work THE RIGHT WAY, you can get in touch with us and we will be happy to help you through your conversion with wiring, suggestions, tips and tricks to make it easier and look better. We ARE going to have to charge you a small fee (obviously it depends on if we are just walking you through wiring your A/C compressor vs. the whole truck). Because if Aden and myself were to spend several hours out of every day providing free tech support to everyone and their mother, I would be out of a job and Aden wouldn't be able to keep his doors open for long. I hope this doesn't come across wrong to anyone as if we were just in it for the money, but I hope you all understand where I'm coming from- we have been getting pounded via emails and phone conversations on this very subject for the last year or so. Aden and I are always available here on the forums or via email.

Understandable, a man's got to keep his business a float in these tough times.

Sounds fair enough. Could we buy a subscription or something? Maybe we could buy an information package. :thinking

"The Right Way" (thuh-rahyt-wey) adjective- A succession of completing a Cummins conversion without faults, without cutting corners, without making it look like a 2 year old did it (AKA the fordcummins.com and other competitors way). Includes programming a CR ECM with THE RIGHT flash so that it runs at 100% throttle- not in limp mode. Not a hack job. :mafia1:

I like it! And Steel did I read that you guys are a Cummins Part dealer now? If so I may need to give you a call. Don't blame you about the conversion tech calls either. You still selling your Fummins?
Yes we are a Cummins dealer. And everything I own is for sale for the right price- including the girlfriend:roflol:
agreed that some information should have a cost, I just need to find where i left my cash so i can get compounds for my fummins:roflol:

NOTE: anyone thinking of doing a conversion Aden and steel are top notch, several times i have ordered parts or received tech support while they are wrenching on another truck they are never to busy to take care of a customer, they have got to be two of the best i have ever done business with.
