I have a 1997 7.3. The flywheel recently started doing the spinny WEEEEE sound and the truck stopped starting and started WEEEEing so anyways it was parked for about 6 months until the engine could be taken out and the necessary repairs done. When the oil cooler valve was opened, pure green coolant flooded out. This makes absolutely no sense seeing as how the entire coolant system was brand new, the truck had never even remotely over heated and drove just fine accept for the WEEE and the dreaded death wobble. Is it just a cracked seal? Is the motor shot and needs to be rebuilt? Please enlighten this poor soul who has thrown obscene amounts of money at this ungrateful dinosaur.
