hey guys have a couple question. I am looking at an '03 F-350 with the 7.3, I'm fairly educated on the 6.0 but have not had the time to research the 7.3. It has higher miles, but it fairly clean. my questions are, what are the common problem to watch for and what are the common bang for the buck mods, also has any one towed with both 7.3 and the 6.0 how did the compare power and fuel milage wise,I will research also but would like some real world results, Thanks for the input:rock

In my opinion the 7.3L is much more reliable then a 6.0. On the 7.3 up pipes tend to leak at the turbo, if so they will need replacing. EBP tube can plug with soot or like mine get a hole in it. Also check for oil in the valley, it could be pedestal o-rings are bad. Check these for starters.
