Cummins in 86 F350

Anyone have any info on a 12V cummins in a 1986 F350? Shouldn't be that bad, right?

should be pretty easy. what exactly do you need to know?

I found good deal on a wrecked 91 dodge with a cummins, runs and drives owner took care of the truck. It even has a rebuilt injector pump. I couldn't pass it up for $1200. I was hoping to find one with a standard trans, but I can't complain. I'll have to do a little research so I won't asking dumb questions. LOL I'll be looking for a deal on a nv4500 now, if that is possible.
