A 64mm might be a little big for a daily driver. Do you tow at all? I would think a 62/13 or 14 with a big turbine would do pretty well for you, and still spool decently if you're towing. With a manual trans, and a 64mm charger with that fuel, you will loose a lot of boost at every shift and it will be smoky and laggy. My vote goes with a smaller charger on the street.
We ran a couple of 60mm turbos on a truck with a drag comp, 150hp injectors, an HRVP44 and a FASS 150, and it worked pretty well for daily driving. The exhaust housings were pretty big though and spool up was slow when towing. Other than that it was fine. That was also an automatic so there will be some differences. But with a smaller exhaust housing you should do pretty well, and the 62mm should provide plenty of air for those injectors.
i wont be doin much towin other than towing my other truck out to ohio when i go to school about 500 miles but that will be like twice and from wat ive heard on hear as long as i get the S.O i wont have to get the hrv44 right ???
It depends on how much power you're looking for. You could make 500 with the H.O. pump but your headgasket will be at higher risk too. If you get the S.O. 600 on fuel wouldn't be too hard. However, all VP's die eventually, and if you're not towing, you may think about replacing your stock charger with the S.O. anyways.
