Can a worn track bar cause death wobble in the front end over bumps?

I've had DW for a whilte, thought the link that connects to the pitman arm was bad so replaced that. Still wobble.

Had my gf turn the wheel the other night and the track bar bushings were wobbling. Ordered those and turned out not to fit as my truck is the early 99. Ended up ordering a new TB from Ford, not here yet but hoping thats it.

Any worn tie rods, track bars, drag links, ball joints, can cause steering issues in the Superduties with solid axle leaf spring suspension like your truck. If you have found something thats worn and has freeplay in it, then thats a good canidate to start with.

I would add the steering box, adjustment also to that.

Put the new Ford track bar in today. Front end seems way tighter, and didn't wobble in the test ride. We'll see how she does this week.
