55K miles, if the truck is clean, that isn't too high. I have seen dealers around here ask more for a truck with higher miles.

yeah, I looked at a truck that was very similar, with 63k and they were asking 22,000 for it. I'd say thats a good starting point, but I don't think I'd pay that for it. Offer them 18k and see what they say If you get it for 20k I think you're doing pretty well.

I didn't know the 6 spd came in them in 01, but that makes sense
6 speed was available starting in 99 and 2000 with a 1 1/4" input shaft, all motors were 235 hp 460 tq.

01 and 02 got a 1 3/8" input shaft, motor was rated at 245 hp 505 tq.

01 and 02 5 speeds were still 1 1/4" input shaft, and rated the same as the auto trucks, 235 hp 460 tq.

its an auto so I guess S.O. That make a big difference not being a H.O. or not? Im hopefully going to go look at it tomorrow and see what kind of deal I can make. Hopefully I can get it for 20,000. I'll probably even do it for 21,000, but no more. We shall see, we shall see. Another truck to add to the list.......LOL
