With an LMM you need to be very careful with which tuner you use, especially if you still have your DPF in place, you can end up with a lot of problems with plugged dpf, lots of regens etc......

My advise, if your not worried about waranty and dont have to worry about emissions testing, cut off your DPF and tune it with a nice mild tune from say Edge, or PPE

Honestly I doubt you will increase your mileage much with a tuner on a DPF equipped truck, It will as Arron stated cause more regens and possibly cause damage to the DPF its self. There are several ways you can delete the DPF and that alone (with tuning) will be where you can get your biggest bump in fuel mileage. I was under the impressing that the LMM did pretty good on fuel stock, I know my 6.7L Cummins topped out a 15 hwy stock, city ave was 13.5., now it does 18 city :)shrugs ;) )
