DT466 hesitation

Hello, I'm new to this forum and so far have found it very useful and informative. Apologies if this gets long. I sure hope someone can help. My issue is with my DT466 (electric) in a 98 IH 2554 5 yd dump truck with about 60k mikes. The engine starts right up and runs great. Great choice for this size truck. BUT this winter plowing snow every once and a while it would stutter. Just for a second like turning the key off and back on quickly. Unsually never for more than a second or so. But now it's getting worse. I'm afraid of getting stranded at this point. I thought it was perhaps getting some air in the fuel line somehow and did find a few things (primer hand pump leaking, fuel strainer o-ring flattened, re-did fuel lines from tank, new fuel filter etc.) and did take care of them. Took it for a test drive yesterday and it ran great. Ran around 15 miles and thought I had it licked until when driving slow down my road at about 15mph it did it again. Seems to always run good for a while then after things get up to temp it starts the stutter again. Is there a "Fuel shut off solenoid" that could be getting hot when energized for a while and failing? It's never died but I trying to avoid that from happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

does it have code readouts?
i'd install sum clear fuel line to see bubbles
since that's what it sounds like
Make sure your fuel tank vents are good. Cam position sensor maybe. Are you getting a check engine light?

No engine light. Truck runs great then starts to hesitate like turning key on and off real fast. It did it only occasionally during the last few years but now it's getting much worse. Does it every time I use it now. Seems ok when when cold and warming up. But shortly after reaching full operating temp it starts.
Just to make sure they are working, does your check engine lights do a bulb check when you turn the key on?
I would like to know how much fuel restriction you have when it does the stutter but international fuel systems can be a little difficult to tap into.
If no codes I would want to know if you are losing ignition voltage when the problem develops. Make sure battery connections are good (power and grounds including frame, block and cab grounds). If you are losing ignition voltage the ecm may just think you are cycling the key switch and may not throw a code. Check for a relay that supplies power to the ecm. You may need to install a test ecm to eliminate that as a possible cause. That's my thoughts for now.

Ys all lights are functioning normally. I don't mind the work of doing repairs. But it's quite frustrating when you cant find what to repair. Thank you for your input. It's greatly appreciated.

Ok so I got china parts and they were both defective. Surprise! ICP sensor and the Cam Position sensor. Sent them both back BUT what I did find is that the engine did the same all the time with the china ICP sensor. So I went to International and got one. installed it and so far the engine has been running without issue. Not 100% confident but it hasn't hickuped since I put it in. It's a $450 parts so it's not a change and see item. But for me It sounded exactly the same only constantly. Mine was pretty rusted so I took a chance and got lucky.
