On occasion I see dyno runs where they let the truck shift ...like they get on it and it downshifts...then they stay in it and let it upshift back to the desired gear.
Are there any issues with doing this?
Does it throw the readings off or does it not matter?

This happens all the time. As long as the spike at the shift point is not the highest point, it should be a valid run. If the spike is the highest point, THAT number is not but the operator should be able to tell you what the peak is.

Did that help any?

That sucks that the spike does not count, I had a spike of I think 360hp in commerce:nunu: . Looks good on the graph though:Thumbup: :roflmao: . See ya:popcorn:
