So I have a trailer with a 6 pin plug, with the 6 pin to 7 flat prong adapter all the lights work on my dads '06 chevy 2500hd.

My Ford has a 6 pin out the back, everything works except the pass. side brake light, and turn signal. Bulbs are good, if I remember correctly, I've heard you had to change a wire for the Ford?

Anyone, ASAP?

FYI, I have another trailer and everything works perfect with the Ford, and when I hook it up the the chevy, running lights and brake doesn't work.

Humph.

Mine was the same way. I could hook up to dads stock trailer and not have a right hand blinker or taillight. But hook up to my flatbed trailer and all lights work. I was just going to run a hot wire from the right hand side light wire to the trailer plug, because it is dead once it comes through the trailer wiring plug. But since they were working with the flat bed i just haven't done it yet.
