I have already cleared this with the lodge manager. We have the pool area and fishing, if anyone wants to, available to us to use for as long as we like to on Friday. Thank you though. here is my first post to bring it to the top. The grill us small bur the tank is full. We will need to cook in shifts so we will start cooking around 5:30. Everyone can eat as they want to.I got the green light from the lodge manager to have a small impromptu cookout at the lodge for all Smokin Volunteers, class sponsors and All Liberty track family members. Please send an email to [email protected]. This will be my head count. We will be there all day and plan to start cooking around 5:30. We will be supplying the meats. We need for a few people to bring sides to share. Please let me know if you will do that when you email me. Also indicate which meat you would like. Hamburger, hotdog, brats or chicken. If you want a steak, let me know which cut.
This is BYOBev (no glass) and there is a pool if anyone wants to swim. Hopefully Wayne still has his Kungfu Diesel CD. :roflol:
