I would either check salvage yards for a used shaft and install new u-joints, or if you have a driveline shop around they can weld a new yoke onto your shaft. If one of the yokes are bad on the t-case or differential, they can match up a new one to your old one.

I just replaced my u-joints in mine this last spring.. Not to bad but it would be nice to have a press. I used standard ol' greaseable joints so I could maintain them and pump fresh grease into them.

Like ICEMAN said you could take the shaft to a driveline shop and have it completely serviced and balanced for ya! :thumbsup
