before i remove my pump ( if need be ) i would like some info.
i have a fuel leak at the nut on the end of the governor shaft, its the nut that is on the pump right against the timing gear housing with the small steel fuel line going right ontop of it.
my question is,... is the leak because of a bad "o" ring on the shaft or a bad washer under the nut, what seals the nut..?
thanks for any info.

That is the throttle shaft. There is a bushing and a O ring under it. The top will need to come off the pump to replace it.
