02 Max w/ Banks six gun and speed loader, straight stock pipe, old AFE. I don't know if it is coincidence or if this BS low sulfur fuel is doing it but with 122,000 miles my truck smokes (gray smoke) like crazy. I'm thinking injectors are bad or clogged. I've also noticed a little less responsiveness. Only getting about 15mpg at best, running 305/60R17, 2" block and 2" up front. Looking for opinions.

Do you have any fuel in the oil? Any signs of raw fuel smell in the exhaust? At 122K you are likely close to needing injectors. Mine were done at 101K.

I would bet it is the injectors. Mine had the injectors go out at 23000 miles, and we noticed something was wrong because sometimes it would run rough and smoke grey.

I am willing to bet......injectors 99.9%. or pumps but that only has my 20% opinion. I ran a 2003 Chevy 5500, with the 300hp and 6spd. After about 22,000 miles we lost a a tooth in the tranny. Then at 28,000 miles 6 of the 8 injctors failed, At this point GM was still replacing the whole 8. Okay all was fine until 52,000 miles at 75 mph the darn thing shuts down on I-95, (had problems running all day with smoke too) they(GM) pulled all eight again. Okay now at 79,000 miles same routine, but at the point it got to 96,000 GM said they will only replace the ones gone bad, as there was a back log of orders. They also gave us a glove box extenend warranty for 3 months past the 100,000. Since the 96,000 mark there has been 5 other injector replacements....truck is at 373,000 miles with three different trans in it and host of other problems (nightmares) I know after finally talking to the GM rep for my area in 05, he said that the 03 had problems in the changer over from injectors. Fine in theoroy but why is still continuing. IMHO I think the comp doesn't communicate with the transmission properly, thus causes over fueling. I have changed the filters, always even if not on the 30,000 mile plan, every oil cjange I did it. I made sure that the fuel I got was always from the same truck stops etc. I can't remember the cost, I think it was around $180 per injector and thenlabor plus a special tool to fix bajo bolts on the injectors(that is a crucial point as well as keeping no kinks)
