on my truck the overflow keeps filling all the way up with antifreeze u can hear it bubbling in the passanger side dash that would be the heater core right?? i need to get it fixed asap thanks 4 any input...

Hmmm...

Any other material in the coolant?

Now is this occuring cold after you start the engine?

Could be as simple as a bad radiator cap...

i pressure tested the raditor cap and it dosent hold 15 psi at all it drops to about 12 psi thats not good right?? could be the cause??

Its a cheap start to finding the problem... I would replace it... It must hold the rated pressure for at least a few mintues...

I've seen a lot of weird things...

But normal a good coolant flush and fill with a fresh cap and t-stat fixs most all that is wrong with a coolant system...

If done right it could be like mine. I've got 90K miles and 4 years on at the time of thes pics!

Looky NO RUST in the block!


No scale or lime build up on the radiator... Using standard tap water too...
