I'am looking to see if anyone has a 6.4 with some high miles on it and what kind of problems you might have had. Tuned or not tuned?

92K most of it's life tuned. Oil cooler, 2 radiators, fuel pump, batteries and several turbo boots. Nothing outside the motor issues have given me problems

Not the best but could be worse! Truck rides like it is brand new still!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Well, your buddy has gotten it good.. I have a friend who bought a car with 240k miles on it and he had to replace his battery, coil packing and module, and tires. I mean I guess it depends on how well you treat your car.

Go ahead and change the bottom hose at the same time.

wow If you avj. 10 MPG at $4.00 per gal you spent $134,800 on fuel about 3 times what you paid for the truck.
@9 MPG it would be $149,777 so 1 MPG makes a big diff of $14,977
