K so i start my truck big puff of white smoke drive a little it cleans out go to work go back same thing but this time it real doggy check uvcharness and valve cover gasket bad valve cover gaket stil white smoke end up number 3 injector cooper washer and bottom oring is fried washer is gone. and oring is baked had a reputal shop do the work ended up finding the problem and fixing myself. Do I ***** the shop out or is there a bigger problem

if the copper was gone then im surprised you didnt toast a motor.. the copper is what keeps fuel out of the cylinder.. how many miles since you had a shop do the work till you had to replace it?? sounds like someone wasnt careful enough with the orings and possibly didnt tq the injector down or check to make sure they were all even.
